The Gulf War Memorial Committee is proud to announce that the "Books of the Fallen" has been completed. The brave soldiers, sailors, airman and marines of the Gulf War, Afghanistan and the Iraq Wars who made the ultimate sacrifice have been immortalized in granite pages.

This is still the first of such memorial in the country. Veterans of past wars, such as Korea, Vietnam and World War II had to wait decades for a memorial to honor their fallen brothers and sisters. It is with great pride that we can say these brave men and women will not have to face that dilemma.

And please never forget the brave men and women who are still fighting to keep America the "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave".
